地面井水力压裂增透技术在立井快速揭煤中的应用

Application of permeability enhanced technology of hydraulic fracturing of ground well in quick coal uncovering of vertical shaft

  • 摘要: 针对西上庄井田内各主采煤层瓦斯含量高、透气性差、煤层群连续揭煤突出倾向性大等问题,采用地面井大液量水力压裂增透技术,基于主裂缝延伸规律,对各可采煤层依次进行射孔、填砂分层压裂,压裂完成后进行合层抽采。重点介绍了压裂井井位选择、压裂参数设计及施工过程。实践结果表明,实施地面井水力压裂增透技术后,在压裂井一定范围内形成高渗区,高渗区内裂缝发育、煤层透气性系数增大,抽采效果得到大幅提升;安全、高效地揭开了主采的3号煤层,工期缩短至10 d,为类似井筒揭煤积累了成功经验。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems of high gas content, poor gas permeability and great tendency of outburst in continuous uncovering of coal seam group in main coal seams of Xishangzhuang Mine Field, adopting permeability enhancement technology of large volume hydraulic fracturing in ground wells, based on the extension law of main fracture, sliced fracturing of perforation and sand filling were successively carried out for each minable coal seam, and compound extraction was carried out after the completion of fracturing. The location selection of fracturing wells, the design of fracturing parameters and the construction process were mainly introduced. The practice results show that after implementing the permeability enhanced technology of hydraulic fracturing of ground well, the high permeability zone is formed in a certain range of fracturing wells, the development of fractures and the increase of gas permeability coefficient of coal seams in the high permeability area greatly improve the extraction effect; the main mining No. 3 coal seam is mined safely and efficiently, and the mining period is shortened to 10 d. It has accumulated successful experience for uncovering coal of similar shaft.
