大采高综放工作面停采撤架期间防灭火技术

Fire prevention and extinguishment technology during the stop-mining and withdrawing in fully mechanized working face with large mining height

  • 摘要: 针对石拉乌素煤矿22106A工作面在停采撤架期间存在煤自燃危险的问题,基于大采高综放工作面遗煤多、煤体破碎、漏风通道多等实际状况,分析了工作面停采撤架期间的煤自燃重点防范区域。在工作面末采期间采用预埋防灭火管路、施工隔离墙和气体监测等技术措施,对停采撤架期间可能出现的煤自燃危险进行提前预防;在停采回撤期间采用对工作面端头和架间封堵注胶、注氮惰化采空区等措施,有效防止了该工作面在停采撤架期间的煤自燃,确保了工作面支架的安全撤出,为大采高综放工作面停采撤架期间煤自燃防治积累了实践经验。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem of coal spontaneous combustion dangerous during the stop-mining and withdrawing of 221up 06A working face of Shirawusu Coal Mine, based on the fact that there were many residual coal, coal fragments and air leakage passages in fully mechanized working face with large mining height, the key precautionary areas of coal spontaneous combustion during the stop-mining and withdrawing were analyzed. Through the methods of pre-buried fire prevention pipelines, construction of separation walls and gas monitoring during the final mining of the working face, to prevent the coal spontaneous combustion hazards that may occur during the stop-mining and withdrawing in advance; during the stop-mining and withdrawing, methods such as injecting glue at the end of the working face and between the racks, inertizing the mined-out area by nitrogen injection effectively controlled the coal spontaneous combustion of the working face during the stop-mining and withdrawing, ensuring the safe withdrawing of the working face support.Practical experience has been accumulated for the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion during the stop-mining and withdrawing in fully mechanized working face with large mining height.
