蒙西矿区黄砂灌浆成胶原理及配比实验研究

Experimental study on the principle and proportion of yellow sand grouting into glue in Mengxi Mining Area

  • 摘要: 为充分利用地表黄砂作为蒙西矿区纳林河二号矿井的注浆材料,分析了矿井地表的黄砂、黄土,以及试验选用的悬浮剂、胶凝剂的主要成分,研究了复合胶体的成胶原理,使用悬浮剂及同时使用悬浮剂与胶凝剂开展悬砂胶体制备的配比实验。结果表明:纳林河二号矿井黄砂的主要成分为SiO2、Al2O3和过氧化钙CaO2,黄土的主要成分为SiO2、CaCO3和草酸钙CaC2O4;胶凝剂在水中的最大溶解量为2.0%,悬砂胶体中悬浮剂和胶凝剂的添加量存在一个最佳配比,即悬浮剂2.0%、胶凝剂2.0%,根据现场实际需要及灌浆管路的距离,水砂质量比选取2∶1。

     

    Abstract: In order to make full use of surface yellow sand as the grouting material of Nalinhe No.2 Mine in Mengxi Mining Area, the main components of yellow sand and loess of the mine surface, as well as suspension and cementing agent selected for the test were analyzed, the gelation principle of compound glue was studied, the matching experiments of colloidal suspension sand were carried out in the case of using suspension and the use of both suspension and gelling agent respectively. The results show that the main component of the yellow sand of Nalinhe No. 2 Mine is SiO2, Al2O3 and CaO2, the main components of loess are SiO2, CaCO3 and CaC2O4; the maximum solubility of gelling agent in water is 2.0%, there is an optimal ratio of suspending agent and gelling agent in colloidal suspension sand, that is, suspension agent and gelling agent account for 2.0% respectively, according to the actual needs of the site and the distance of grouting line, the water-sand mass ratio is selected at 2∶1.
