大采高综采工作面多尘源风流—粉尘分布规律研究

Air flow-dust distribution law of multi-dust sources in fully mechanized working face with large mining height

  • 摘要: 为了深入研究多尘源影响下大采高综采工作面风流—粉尘的分布规律,使用FLUENT软件对移架和截割2个主要产尘工序进行模拟,分析粉尘随风流的扩散规律。数值模拟结果表明:在多个尘源点的影响下,综采工作面粉尘的叠加效应十分明显;最低粉尘质量浓度为98.8 mg/m3,最高粉尘质量浓度超过1 000.0 mg/m3,最高粉尘质量浓度出现在采煤机前、后滚筒处。同时通过对比数值模拟和现场实测得出的粉尘质量浓度数据,发现两者之间整体误差不超过12.0%,表明数值模拟结果较为准确,可为综采工作面粉尘污染治理提供指导。

     

    Abstract: In order to deeply study the distribution law of air flow-dust in the fully mechanized working face with large mining height under the influence of multiple dust sources, FLUENT software was used to simulate the two main dust production processes of moving frame and cutting, and the diffusion law of dust with air flow was analyzed. The numerical simulation results show that the superposition effect of dust is very obvious under the influence of several dust sources; the lowest dust mass concentration is 98.8 mg/m3, and the highest is over 1 000.0 mg/m3, the highest dust concentration is in front and rear drum of the shearer. Meanwhile, by comparing the data of dust mass concentration obtained by numerical simulation and field measurement, it is found that the overall error between the two is not more than 12.0%, it shows that the numerical simulation results are accurate and can provide guidance for the control of dust pollution in fully mechanized working face.
