矿用大容量备用电源设计

Design of large capacity reserve power supply for mine

  • 摘要: 针对隔爆腔内允许使用的镍氢电池单体容量较小,煤矿井下备用防爆电源无法满足长时间供电的问题,采用镍氢电池成组管理和同一隔爆腔内2组镍氢电池组充放电管理等方法,提高备用电池容量,同时分析了隔爆腔内镍氢电池组的安全管理要求及单体镍氢电池多节串联对前后级电路的影响,提出了镍氢电池组分组配置实现长时间备用的设计思路及管理方法。测试结果表明:将镍氢电池分组配置可实现镍氢电池组的可靠管理,能解决备用电源长时间供电的问题,且电路简单、使用灵活。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem that the capacity of nickel hydride battery unit allowed to be used in the explosion-proof chamber is small, and the standby explosion-proof power supply in underground coal mine cannot meet the long-term power supply, the group management of nickel hydride battery and the charge and discharge management of two groups of batteries in the same explosion-proof chamber were adopted to improve the reserve battery capacity. The safety management requirements of nickel hydride battery group in the explosion-proof chamber, as well as the influence of multi-node series of single nickel hydride battery on front and rear circuit were analyzed.The design idea and management method of realizing long time backup for the group configuration of nickel hydride battery were put forward. The experiment shows that the group configuration of nickel hydride battery can realize the reliable management of nickel hydride battery group, it can solve the problem of standby power supply for a long time, and the circuit is simple and flexible.
