城郊煤矿深部巷道围岩破坏机理及主动控制技术

Failure mechanism and active control technology of deep roadway in Chengjiao Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 针对城郊煤矿深部软岩巷道变形严重的工程问题,分析了深部巷道围岩稳定性关键影响因素及其作用机制,研究了深部巷道围岩大变形及底鼓机理,对深部巷道围岩进行了地质特征分类。提出了针对岩巷采用的高预紧力、高强度、高刚度和高锚固点即“四高”锚杆支护、注浆锚索加固支护结合底板卸压的联合支护技术,以及针对厚层泥岩顶板煤巷采用的梯次支护技术,并在南翼轨道大巷和21105上巷进行了工业性试验。矿压观测结果表明,巷道表面变形量较小,支护效果较好。

     

    Abstract: In view of the serious engineering problem of deep soft rock roadway deformation in Chengjiao Coal Mine, the key factors affecting the stability of surrounding rocks in deep roadway and their mechanism were analyzed, the large deformation of deep roadway surrounding rock and the mechanism of floor heave were studied, and the geological characteristics of deep roadway surrounding rock were classified.The combined support technology of "four high" bolt support, grouting anchor cable reinforcement support and floor relief, was proposed for rock roadway, and the "four high" bolt support were namely high preload, high strength, high rigidity and high anchorage point. The multilength support technology for coal roadway with thick mudstone roof was also proposed. The industrial tests were carried out in the south wing of the track roadway and 21105 upper roadway.The observation results of mine pressure show that the surface deformation is small and the support of the roadway is good.
