煤矿分布式能源微网智能调控系统

Distributed energy micronetwork intelligent control system in coal mine

  • 摘要: 为代替或减少外部电能的消耗,降低整个煤矿的能耗,在煤矿建立了分布式能源智能调控系统。介绍了该系统的组成结构及智能调控原理,其利用数据分析系统,采集煤矿用能端风井加热、采暖、制冷、电力负荷随环境温度变化的历史数据,形成大数据系统。根据历史数据的变化趋势,预判各种用能负荷的走势,再根据供能端的供应能力,合理匹配相应的能源供给方式。数据分析系统向控制系统发出控制指令,以煤矿瓦斯作为主要一次能源,以地热能、太阳能、风能为辅助一次能源;合理分配热能和电能,充分利用煤矿瓦斯气体产热发电。现场实践结果表明,该系统的应用可以实现对煤矿的冷、热、电三联供,最终实现节能减排的目的。

     

    Abstract: In order to replace or reduce the consumption of external electric energy and reduce the energy consumption of the entire coal mine, a distributed energy intelligent control system is established in the coal mine. This paper introduces the structure and intelligent control principle of the system, the data analysis system is used to collect the historical data of warming, heating, refrigeration and electric power of the coal mine energy-end wind shaft with the change of environmental temperature to form a big data system. According to the changing trend of historical data, predict the trend of various energy consumption loads, and then reasonably match the corresponding energy supply mode according to the supply capacity of the energy supply end. The data analysis system sends control instructions to the control system, using coal mine gas as the primary energy source, while geothermal energy, solar energy, and wind energy are used as auxiliary primary energy source; it rationally distributes thermal energy and electrical energy, and makes full use of coal gas to generate heat and electricity. The results of field practice show that the application of this system can realize the joint supply of cold, heat and electricity for coal mine, and finally realize the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction.
