基于时变扩散系数的圆柱体煤屑的瓦斯放散规律研究

Study on the gas emission law of circular column cinder based on time-varying diffusion coefficient

  • 摘要: 通过对煤样破碎、筛分后煤屑的形状进行观测,发现其中一小部分煤屑形状为球形、平板形,而大部分煤屑形状为圆柱体或长方体。分析了煤屑放散瓦斯过程中扩散系数的时变特征,以此为基础建立了基于时变扩散系数的圆柱体煤屑瓦斯扩散数学模型,采用数学物理的方法求取了相应的解析解。采用实验测试的方法,对所推导的圆柱体煤屑瓦斯扩散数学模型的解析解进行了验证,并与球形煤屑瓦斯扩散模型的解析解进行了对比,结果表明:圆柱体煤屑瓦斯扩散模型解析解能更好地反映煤屑放散瓦斯的特征,具有广泛适用性,可用于对试验数据的拟合,以及为煤矿井下瓦斯含量测定方法的研究提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Through the observation of the shapes of the coal samples after crushing and screening, it is found that the shape of a small part of the cinder is spherical and flat, while the shape of most of the cinder is circular column or rectangular.The time-varying characteristics of diffusion coefficient in the process of cinder gas emission were analyzed, on this basis, a mathematical model of gas diffusion for circular column cinder based on time-varying diffusion coefficient was established, the corresponding analytical solutions were derived by using methods of mathematical physics. The analytical solution of the mathematical model of coal cinder gas diffusion in circular column shape was verified by experimental test and compared with that of the model for the diffusion of coal cinder gas in spherical shape.The results show that the analytical solution of the model for the diffusion of coal cinder gas in circular column shape can better reflect the characteristics of the cinder gas emission, it has wide applicability and can be used to fit test data, it also provides theoretical basis for the research of gas content determination method in underground coal mine.
