基于屈服等值线模型的巷道冲击地压发生判断

Judgment of roadway rock burst based on the model of yield contour line

  • 摘要: 为研究材料失稳型冲击地压在巷道内的发生机制,采用应力场理论分析、煤体破坏实验和有限元模拟的方法,分析围岩弹塑性转化特征,得出基于双屈服等值线模型的巷道煤壁冲击地压发生的判断条件。研究表明:运用莫尔-库仑屈服准则判定屈服函数等值线呈类双曲线分布;若竖直应力为均匀荷载,则屈服等值线数值向深部逐渐减小,巷道围岩将由浅部向深部逐渐破坏;若竖直应力向深部逐渐增大,则屈服等值线数值向深部逐渐增大,预示巷道围岩将在深部先行破裂,浅部围岩保持完整,该情况下巷道易发生冲击地压。室内单轴压缩实验和数值模拟验证了理论分析结果,证明通过屈服等值线模型可以表征巷道冲击地压发生的临界状态。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the mechanism of material instable rock burst in roadway, the elastic-plastic transformation characteristics of surrounding rock were analyzed by stress field theory, coal failure experiment and finite element simulation, the judgment condition of roadway coal wall rock burst was obtained based on the double yield contour model.The results show that the contour distribution of yield contour line appears hyperbolic according to the Mohr-coulomb yield criterion; when vertical stress is uniform, the value of yield contour line decreases with the depth of surrounding rock gradually, and it indicates that surrounding rock will break from the shallower to the deeper; when vertical stress increases gradually from the shallower to the deeper, the value of yield contour line contours increases with the depth of surrounding rock, it indicates that the roadway surrounding rock will break first in the deep, while the shallow surrounding rock will remain intact, the roadway is prone to rock burst in this case.Indoor uniaxial compression experiment and numerical simulation verify the theoretical analysis results.It is proved that the critical state of rock burst can be presented by the model of yield contour line judgment.
