九里山矿中低压综合煤层注水应用与效果分析

Application and effect analysis of middle and low pressure comprehensive coal seam water injection in Jiulishan Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 为了降低九里山矿综采工作面煤尘质量浓度和瓦斯涌出量,根据九里山矿煤层特性,结合16051工作面的现场实际情况,在充分利用瓦斯抽采钻孔的基础上,探索出回风巷长孔低压渗透注水工艺,结合工作面短孔中压注水工艺,建立中、低压综合注水模式,并进行了分区域对比试验,考察了各区域的煤层含水率、煤尘质量浓度和瓦斯浓度。现场应用效果表明:中、低压综合注水效果较好,煤层含水率提高了2.94倍,煤尘质量浓度降低了80%以上,工作面瓦斯均匀释放,回风巷瓦斯浓度下降了30%以上,达到了较好的注水效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the coal dust concentration and gas emission in fully mechanized mining face of Jiulishan Coal Mine, based on the coal seam characteristics of Jiulishan Coal Mine and the actual situation of 16051 working face, on the basis of making full use of gas extraction borehole, the long hole and low pressure seepage water injection technology in return air lane was explored.Combined with the short-hole and medium-pressure water injection technology in working face, the comprehensive water injection mode of medium and low pressure was established and carried out.The coal seam water content, coal dust mass concentration and gas concentration of different region were investigated by regional comparison test.The field application results show that: the comprehensive water injection effect of medium and low pressure is good, the coal seam water content is increased by 2.94 times, and the mass concentration of coal dust is reduced by more than 80%.The gas in the working face is released evenly, and the gas concentration in the return air lane is reduced by more than 30%, which achieves a better water flood effect.
