尾矿坝倾斜抬升超载安全度试验与数值模拟研究

Overload safety test and numerical simulation study on inclined lifting of tailing dam

  • 摘要: 针对近几年尾矿坝溃坝地质灾害频发的问题,有必要分析尾矿坝稳定状态。通过开展尾矿坝倾斜抬升超载安全度试验分析尾矿坝稳定性,并建立强度折减法数值分析模型,以极限应变判据验证倾斜抬升超载试验结果的准确性。结果表明:尾矿坝倾斜抬升超载破坏失稳是由初期坝坝脚处的点破坏向整体失稳破坏的演变过程;监测结果显示初期坝的位移大于子坝的位移,坝基的位移最小,试验尾矿坝的超载安全系数区间为1.35~1.38;超载安全度试验与数值模拟强度折减计算结果在安全系数和破坏形态两方面基本吻合,倾斜抬升超载试验方法适用于尾矿坝稳定性的研究。研究结果可为尾矿坝新建、运营、溃坝地质灾害防治提供指导。

     

    Abstract: In view of the frequent occurrence of geological disasters in tailing dams in recent years, it is necessary to analyze the stable state of tailing dam.The stability of tailing dams was analyzed by carrying out the overload safety analysis of inclined lifting of tailing dams.The numerical analysis model of strength reduction method was established and the accuracy of the results of inclined lifting overloading test was verified by the criterion of ultimate strain.The results show that the failure and instability of the tilting uplift overload of the tailing dam is the evolution process from the point failure at the initial dam foot to the overall instability failure; the monitoring results show that the displacement of the initial dam is larger than that of the subdam, and the displacement of the dam foundation is the smallest, the overload safety of the test tailing dam ranges from 1.35 to 1.38; the results of overload safety test and strength reduction basically coincide in safety factor and failure mode.The inclined lifting overload test method is suitable for the stability study of tailing dam.The research results can provide guidance for the construction, operation and prevention of geological hazards of tailing dam.
