Abstract:
Under the condition of rich water, the soft rock roadway is prone to large deformation and the strength of surrounding rock is greatly reduced, which poses a great threat to the safety of mine production.In order to explore the stability control technology of water-rich soft rock roadway, based on the transportation roadway project of 113082 working face of New Shanghai No.1 Coal Mine, the influence of underground water on roadway surrounding rock and support structure was studied by theoretical analysis, the control strategy of surrounding rock stability was put forward, and the control scheme was verified by numerical simulation.For the water-rich soft rock roadway, the water-controlling measures of combined guidance and dredging were firstly adopted to reduce the influence on the strength of the original surrounding rock and the damage to the support structure; then the support measures of full section and multi-means joint reinforcement were adopted to control the surrounding rock deformation.The engineering practice and numerical simulation results show that the above technical measures can effectively guarantee the stability of roadway for water-rich soft rock roadway.
