Abstract:
In order to formulate a reasonable mining method for roadway residual mining area, taking the roadway residual mining area of 3
# coal seam in Xihe Coal Mine as the engineering background, the method of combining three-dimensional similarity simulation with numerical simulation was adopted, the characteristics of overburden movement and deformation, as well as the stability evolution law caused by re-mining face passing roadway residual mining area were studied.The simulation results show that when the oblique angle between the working face and the roadway residual mining area is above 30°, the shear failure zone and tensile failure zone formed by overburden failure in front of the stope show independent change characteristics, the coal pillar and roof in front of the working face will form an effective supporting effect on the overlying strata; roof caving in the re-mining process of old residual coal is mainly in the form of several caving in sections, step by step and scattered locally, and the overall strata pressure of the working face is not very strong.The results show that it is reasonable and feasible to arrange the working face and roadway at an angle of 30° when the re-mining face passes the roadway residual mining area.
